We want you to love your ILIA products, but if you are not completely satisfied, we offer free returns and exchanges on all gently used items within 60 days of purchase. Our goal is to ensure you find the perfect clean beauty routine for your unique skin.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and shipping zip code to begin the process.

  Select Your Items

  Choose the products you wish to return or exchange and provide a brief reason for the request to help us improve.

• 3.
  Print Your Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided through the portal and attach it to your original packaging.

• 4.
  Send It Back

  Drop off your package at the designated carrier location; once received, we will process your refund or ship your new items within 5-7 business days.
